Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 6 Tbsp butter, melted (or 1/3 cup oil)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (or almond!)

  3. Melt butter in glass measuring cup. To the glass measuring cup: add eggs, milk, and vanilla and whisk to combine.
